Starting with all-organic flour, or our wheat and rye flour milled right here, on site, in Omaha, Nebraska, you won’t find unnecessary additives or preservatives in any of our products.
We pay rigorous attention to detail to provide fresh, delicious, sustainable food for our patrons and wholesale partners. And we partner with local producers to incorporate ingredients that create a culinary experience worthy of the place they came from.
